The Company was formed in the year 1990 by Mr. Salem Shaer and Mr. Nalinan P. Raman to support the advertising industry as well as various businesses. In 1990, the company was formed to support and service three clients. Al Shaer was started with just four employees. It was only with their encouragement and trust in us that we took our first step. In the early years we never visualized that this dynamic city; Dubai would see so much changes in such a short time. Dubai not only helped so many new companies to set up shop or locate their regional hubs or their corporate offices in this land.
