The Umm Al Nar Power and Desalination Project ("Project") is a development located on Sas Al Nakhl, approximately 20km east of Abu Dhabi city. This is the fourth IWPP in Abu Dhabi . a special purpose vehicle established by Abu Dhabi Water and Electricity Authority ("ADWEA"), and International Power plc ("IPR"), Tokyo Electric Power Company ("TEPCO") and Mitsui & Co.,Ltd ("MITSUI").
