Currently, the airport has a stand capacity for up to 50 private jets with fast and efficient turnarounds with no holding patterns and short taxi times. Existing carriers already operating out of the airport include Al Jaber Aviation, Falcon Aviation Services, Prestige Jet, Empire Aviation, Luxury Air Jet, Maximus Air-Cargo, Royal Helite Helicopters and XOJet.Today, ADAC is managing a multi-million dollar investment to upgrade the airfield of the airport, which will include acquiring new equipment, improving the VVIP terminal and lounges, securing additional airport land to create new airside, landside andfacility space, and building a state-of-theart hotel. Maintenance, repair and overhaul facilities will also be upgraded to meet the anticipated surge in demand as more aircraft and private jet companies are based at the airport.
