The brand Bikanervala, which is now linked to traditional Indian snacks, sweets, and cuisine, had modest origins in 1905 and came from the princely state of Rajasthan. Originally called Bikaner Namkeen Bhandar, it was founded by Shri Lal Chand Agarwal as a tiny confectionery in the historic Kote Gate neighbourhood of Bikaner.
