Classic sides include fully loaded baked potatoes, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, home fries and sauteed mushrooms. Waiters are shop worn; most of the staff have worked @ Billy Blues for years. A limited but very reasonably priced wine list offers mostly red wines from California, Spain, Chili, Australia, with some French and Italian offerings.
