Biryani Express was the brainchild of 2 passionate entrepreneurs. with individual backgrounds as remote to food as you can imagine-oil & gas and healthcare, Mhanish Bhatia and Amer Qavi decided to use a logical down to earth bussiness model, that incorporated a vlend of authenticity, technology, hygiene,logistics and above all, common sense. The result was a simple ,yet unique experience, completely untainted by preconceived notions of the food industry.It was opened last February 5, 2007.
