My journey did not begin overnight. It all started with my children having a favorite Brownie treat baked by my childhood friend. A friend dearer than a sister. She would so lovingly send over dozens and dozens of Brownie treats for my children to enjoy. When I met her over every summer, they would be showered with love and affection accompanied with Brownie treats.One summer while we sipped away our on our chai, she offered to teach me how to bake the Brownies. This was one Brownie that I would have loved to bake and the one I or anyone could eat everyday. Not too cakey, not too fudgy – just rightHence began my baking journey.
