It was 1982. Scott Lowery and Jim Disbrow had just relocated from Buffalo, New York, to Ohio. Until the two had a craving for wings one day, everything was good. Since there were none in the area, Jim and Scott were forced to decide between opening a wing joint nearby or taking a road trip to New York. Fortunately for us, they went with the latter.
