‘business en motion’ was founded by Debbie Nicol, an Australian expatriate of 15 years.Often referred to as a consultant, Debbie prefers to be considered a partner in solutions, a co-creator and a confidante. With a solid career spanning Australia, Asia, Europe and Middle East, holding unit, multi-unit and global roles, she continued to evolve, from teacher to trainer, to coach, to creator, to board-level confidante.
