I faced very very bad experience with Carrefour sharjah city center ,On 16 Feb 2024 i bought a panasonic mixer grinder while doing the purchase sales person agreed that 7 days return back warrantee and one year warrantee for the whole product ,same day only we faced problem with one Jar lid, it was not closing propoery while running the machine its opening automatically we thought it will be cleared so we tried after two days same issue, so we diceded to change the jar because we have warrantee for this so we went to sharjah city center carrefour customer support on 25 Feb, on the 9th day of purchase, but they are not accepting warrantee and also they are telling us to call service center as per them within 7 days only they can replace and also there is no warrantee for the jar , if its broken or something we can accept but this is completely manufacture fault then also they are not helping us , if its no warrantee then why salesperson told us one year warrantee for whole product ??, this Jar we cannot use we never used this its completely loss for us,this is the very very bad experience we faced from carrefour this is the last and final shoping from carrefour
