CHI Development Group’ is a UAE based development company founded by a group of highly successful Irish Property Developers. The Group was formed out of a partnership with ‘O’Grady Construction’ who have a 30 year history of acquisition, design and construction of residential, retail and commercial developments in the western region of Ireland. The hallmark of O’Grady’s success has been the high standards of workmanship and attention to detail applied to every construction project. The O’Grady’s and the associated Partners of CHI made the strategic decision to diversify outside the UK / Irish market due in part to the very strong economy of Ireland making development opportunities less attractive in that region. With the burgeoning economy of the Gulf region still at an early stage, it was felt opportune to relocate the energies into the United Arab Emirates; hence the formation of CHI Development Group.CHI is specifically targeting ‘bespoke’ or smaller scale projects where more time can be afforded in worrying about the details and handling client’s specific affairs. CHI’s review of the current regional market suggested that attention to Clients individual needs was not being addressed sufficiently and that this hole could be met with the right management structure.CHI’s experience in the region provides an in-depth knowledge of the local market, consultants, labour, suppliers and logistics required to coordinate and manage any form of development project.
