- The company out grows its offices and with its sixteen staff members relocates to Building six, Emaar Square, Downtown Burj Khalifa
- The company expands its services to include Industrial sales and leasing


2013
- With 28 employees the company becomes the largest commercial brokerage in the UAE
- The company is appointed by the Dubai Multi Commodities Centre - DMCC, as its exclusive commercial real estate brokerage service provider
- The company opens its second office in Almas Tower, Jumeirah Lake Towers
- The company establishes, the CORE Exclusive Division (a residential buyers advocate service)
- The company expands its services to include, corporate services
- The company brokers Dubai largest commercial lease transaction of 2013 - 86,000 sqft on behalf of Alstom SAS


2014
- Due to the success of the Core Exclusive service, the Company establishes a residential sales & leasing division
- The company becomes the United Arab Emirates associate of Savills PLC
- The company brokers Dubai's largest commercial lease transaction of 2014 - 81,000 sqft on behalf of Dodsal Eng LLC
- The Emaar Square office is refurbished to accommodate the growing team of 36 staff members
