After graduating from Punjab's Food Craft Institute, he has experience working in kitchens in Singapore, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and India. Bharat specialises in creative Indo-French fusion cuisine, making sure that every dish is prepared with love, originality, and genuineness. He has been instrumental in developing our distinctive menu offerings since joining in May, helping with ordering, costing, quality control, and recipe formulation.
