Desert River was set-up in January 2004 by Claudia van der Werf and Michiel Schröeder, both Dutch nationals, each with extensive experience with various international five star hotel chains. The company has since been very successful in bringing new European quality products, through retail, wholesale and rental operations to the market. Desert River has built a good name and trust in the local community and our products are frequently featured in leading designer’s magazines in the GCC.
