Dobazaar started in 2010 as a personal quest to find a convenient source of good books. A few failed orders and the frustrations associated with international shipping led to the inspiration of starting a local company for people in the same boat. The site went live in May 2011. What came as a total surprise was how with just word-of-mouth and an idea converted; Dobazaar has become UAE’s premier and largest website for books, newspapers and magazines.
