About

The company was founded on 17th August 2004 as a subsidiary of National Bank of Dubai with an objective to handle the property management needs of the Bank. The activities included Leasing, Facility Management, Project Management and Fit-outs.

Since the merger the company "Emirates NBD Properties LLC" is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Emirates NBD Group with owners being the legacy Banks i.e. National Bank of Dubai and Emirates Bank International.
