About

We know that training, exercise and healthy living can be a jungle to navigate yourself around in, and even more to figure out, what it is all about. That is why we have made a little bit about us, our machines, our methods and our philosophy.

High Intensity - is a form of progressive resistance exercise characterized by a high level of effort and relatively brief and infrequent workouts, as opposed to typical training methods involving low to moderate levels of effort and longer, more frequent workouts. Nautilus inventor Arthur Jones helped define and popularize high intensity training in the 1970’s, often summarizing the general philosophy as “…train harder, but train briefer” or “…train harder, but train less often”.

Weight Training - The Weight Training is what Exercise Me is mainly about - this is what we so far have been doing for four years. We are offering High Intensity weight training, that will only take 20 minutes every 3-6 days.

Cardio & Yoga - As written earlier, our philosophy is to balance the training between 3 different types; Weight Training, Agility and Balance.

The Weight Training is the main thing - that is what we need to build and maintiain our muscles and keep our body from ageing and losing its strength.

The Agility Training, or as we call it - Cardio Training - is important, beacause it is here we get our heart pumping, the pulse will get high and calories will be burned. We have chosen to make the cardio out of the same concept as the weight training - 30 minutes of high intensity. That is why we have made our 30 minutes BootCamps that will kisk your butt.

The Balance Training is important, to keep the muscles fit and flexible. As we get older, the fibres inside the muscles get harder and harder, and to make sure we are keeping our bodies is fit as possible, we need to stretch the muscles and keep our bodies in balance. That is why we are offering you Yoga. The Yoga Classes are also made to fitr into a busy schedule - that is why we are offering 30 minnutes power yoga sessions.
