Like all good things, Fümé (meaning: to smoke) initially began with an idea when a group of friends gathered for a barbeque one afternoon, the idea came to smoke the salmon. Fume Dubai at Pier 7 is the brainchild of JAS Hospitality – a Dubai-based hospitality development and management studio – dedicated to bringing compelling food, immaculate service and glamorous design to Dubai and the region.
