It's Literally scam, I have 6 days balance from that I package Subscribe, when I ask them to book for me they ask for additional pay for upgrade room but even I didn't ask them to upgrade my room they ask for money, it's look like I pay them again for the room that I ask them to book. I don't want them to recommend them to you because they always have a excuses when you ask them what you get a package to them. GEO NATION
I’m really sorry but I had a bad experience -with a feedback and comments -they are unable to give back my privilege of 12 remaining days -which I already paid long time back., costumer service phone aren’t answering at all -no instant solution to the claims /cry of the costumer via emails prolonging it until end days of contract … money being wasted,, series of emails with no good solution informing only your contact ends even though not -asking for extension -ended up im begging my own money to use and consume the balance days for the free hotel stay and tour package -
I have a nightmare with Geo Nation UAE- travel and tourism, very deceiving : feedback comments of 0-10 (I can rate 0) in a way that I can’t recommend others to purchase and avail their tour package..a contract of 3 years (21days hotel stay and i only use half of it.. before my contract ends I ask their costumer service to extend, keep on calling and sending numerous emails., sad story they are unable to assist anymore as contract ends in which I still have week and even sending proof and valid reason no use at all, beware of your money, it will be wasted,, it’s like your doing investment and your giving it for free .. -note a good costumer service always, favor costumers and makes good resolution if query /complain comes,,,GEO NATION UAE TRAVEL
