The Grand Boulevard Tower 1 is one of the 2 towers that makes up the Grand Boulevard located at the prestigious Downtown Dubai.The Grand Boulevard is an architecturally spectacular two-tower residential complex which is located on Burj Dubai Boulevard. It comprises of 69 and 22 storey towers designed through a collaboration of the Chicago office of Burj Dubai designer Adrian Smith, Gordon Gill Architecture LLP, and local architects. The Grand Boulevard has an extensive array of indoor amenities including a fully-equipped gymnasium, children's play areas, multimedia room, business centre, game room and lounge areas. Outdoor facilities include a sculptural amphitheatre with framed views of Burj Dubai, swimming pools for adults and children, multi-sports area and landscaped areas.
