Emirates American for Medical Services, LLC was established in 2004 as a Holding Company for a joint partnership between H.H. Dr. Sheikh Sultan Bin Khalifa Al-Nahyan and Dr. Aly Abdel Razek President and Chairman of Medical Resources International USA. In collaboration with Dr. Hamed Al Mutabagani, Dr. Khaled Al Mutabagani, Dr. Saad El Bawadi and Etihad International Holdings LLC, they envisioned a State of the Art comprehensive cancer center under the name of Gulf International Cancer Center.
