He has worked on numerous healthcare projects in Dubai including the ´Dubai Healthcare City´ (DHCC) and as a Consultant for ´The Executive Office´ of Dubai particularly involved with the creation of the new ´Dubai Health Authority´ (DHA). Tariq El- Titi - is a British Palestinian with over 10 years of international experience in the Telecommunications and Healthcare industries. His career spans Senior Management roles in London (UK), Vienna (Austria) and Dubai (UAE). He is a Business graduate from the Westminster Business School in London, and a qualified Chartered Accountant from the United Kingdom (CIMA). Tariq held various Financial Management positions in start-up U.K. & U.S. Telecoms companies in London (Telemonde Ltd, iaxis Ltd) and in Vienna (Dynegy European Communications GmbH). He played a pivotal role in the successful sales of iaxis Ltd to Dynegy Inc. of the USA in 2001 and Dynegy European Communications GmbH to Klesch & Company in 2003.
