Leads Housekeeping LLC was officially set up as a separate division to Leads International Property Investments LLC. For the past 16 years Leads has provided the industry with many sections of real estate services including facilities and property management.In order to specialise in providing a 5 star housekeeping business, Denise McGinty decided to set up the Housekeeping business to provide a unique service to the discerning clients. Fed –up of sloppy maids, and dail-a maid service, not knowing what clients were getting, and not even knowing if the staff were trained, yet alone sponsored, Denise McGinty decided to specialise in the sector for property owners, who now realise that their home is their asset, and the management and maintenance of such on a daily basis takes an educated and supervised housekeeper to provide a 5 star service.
