Indego by Vineet, opens its terrace for those fair evenings, treating guests and revellers to a new tapas menu, offering sumptuous warm and cold creations courtesy of Michelin starred Chef Vineet Bhatia. The terrace builds upon the restaurant’s existing proposition, adding to it a relaxed al fresco atmosphere, where guests can spend an evening under the stars, whilst sharing the delectable tapas-styled delights on offer.Spoiling diners, the new tapas menu is replete with mouth-watering options, including an interesting take on the traditional drink; Bloody Mary. This is served the Vineet Bhatia way - a Lassi-based shooter accompanied by Crab Golgappa. Other tapas options include a succulent Sun-Dried Tomato-Basil Chicken Tikka; delectable Goat Cheese ‘Potli’, Masala Rice Balls with Crisp Asparagus Spears; Stir-Fried Wasabi-Curry Leaf Prawns; Chilli-Lime Scallops and Saffron Mash; as well as a range of delicious Paratha Rolls, ordered with chicken, lamb or Paneer filling.Those with a sweet-tooth are not forgotten, as the menu offers a range of traditional bite-sized Indian sweets, including Rose-Petal Kheer, Lemon-Lime Shrikhand, Saffron Malai and Beetroot-Walnuts Halwa.The terrace at Indego by Vineet is open 7 days a week from 7.00pm until midnight and on Thursday until 1.00am.
