lnt'l NMS Property Management searches and explores relatively new properties in unique and distinguished locations in Abu Dhabi citv, regarding location and provision of necessarv services. The mission of serach and exploration is performed through NSP's connection to property market, through its representative. After inspecting building and verifving its validitv and readiness fortenancy building is assessed to estimate revenue through NSP's tenancy division, afterwhich an agreement is reached with landlord and an agreement is signed for property management or investment through a preliminary contract prepared by NSP Legal Department.
