The Investment Corporation of Dubai (ICD) is the sole owner of Ithra Dubai LLC. The main investment arm of the Government of Dubai, ICD, was created in May 2006 with the goal of managing and combining the Government of Dubai's holdings in commercial enterprises and investments. For the long-term good of the Emirate, it also offers strategic oversight through the creation and use of corporate governance and investment strategies aimed at maximizing stakeholder value.In keeping with the vision of the Emirate held by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Prime Minister and Vice-President of the United Arab Emirates and the ruler of Dubai, we seek to assist in creating a city that is a formidable presence on the international scene.
