Jameel Arts Centre is an autonomous institution that showcases contemporary art to the public and engages communities through education, research, and commissions. Art Jameel founded and supports the Centre, which is located at Jaddaf Waterfront in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.The mission of Jameel Arts Centre is to become a preeminent centre of contemporary art for the United Arab Emirates, the Middle East, South Asia, and beyond. In order to realise our innovative programming across exhibitions, education, and research, we work hard to adopt a cooperative, transparent, and dynamic approach. Developing artists and practitioners to create art and research from and about the area, as well as enticing large audiences to actively interact with the ideas and artworks produced, are among our top aims. By fostering this ecosystem, we help the UAE and its global network of creative people to create a creative community that is forward-thinking and sustainable.
