In the early 1980s, the concept began as an innovative restaurant specializing in freshly squeezed juices and homemade ice cream. Since then, Le Paradis Du Fruit has been creating original recipes aligned with authentic French pastry traditions, including ice cream made from natural fresh ingredients. Thirty years and 27 restaurants later, Le Paradis du Fruit is known both for its divinely authentic ice cream and its pioneering efforts to offer French inspired concepts, but with several exotic twists, as well as fresh, healthy menu items.
