Margaux is Elegant French Pastry Boutique by Chef Alexandre Dufeu. In 2009, Alexandre started working as Chef de Partie at the five-star Grand Hotel Des Thermes in France. After that, he relocated to the Hotel Plaza Athenee as Commis Patissier, where he spent three years advancing through the ranks before being named Chef Patissier in 2015.
