OUR CONCEPT:"Bringing the Cuisine of the Levant Region Together"Since his childhood, Nasser ZUHOUR : The Owner, always had a passion for food and for tasting varieties of dishes in all the restaurants he went to. he would spend his days dreaming of his mother's finger-licking food or experimenting with spices to create new fusion culinary delicacies.Being a spice merchant, Nass father always insisted that his son travel along with him in the hope that he may take over the family business and also pick up certain tricks of the trade.During his travels, Nass's fascination for food grew as he came across various culinary delights of the Levant Region. The blend of spices, the distinctive flavors and the exotic ingredients combined with the exquisite presentation of food inspired Nass to continue his hotelier studies in Switzerland to become a chef. Until one day he opened a restaurant that combined the cuisines of the regions on Syria, Palestine, Jordan and Lebanon- The Levant.Mezza House was born and to Nass this was a dream come true.
