Pole Dance classes deliver a great cardiovascular workout incorporating dance routines and acrobatics. Pole Gym classes focus on technical movements and offer the added advantages of strength training. Instructors follow a weekly schedule incorporating turns, lifts, tricks and combinations to gain strength, flexibility and self-assurance. Beginners should start with Pole Basic and once you acquire strength, basic technic and self-assurance, you will be invited to move to the next level.
