The federal cabinet is the executive authority for the federation. Under the supreme control of the president and supreme council, it manages all internal and foreign affairs of the federation under its constitution and federal laws. The cabinet consists of cabinet's president and two deputies and ministers. The general secretariat shall be handled by the secretary general of the cabinet.
