For as long as she can remember, chef Amna Al Hashemi has loved baking. However, she didn't start to formulate her idea for Mitts and Trays until she enrolled at the International Centre for Culinary Arts and began to really study about nutrition as well as baking. Chef Amna's idea combines gourmet quality and a trendy style, with a basic mindset centred around "food that is good for you". With the help of a group of chefs that use both classic French pastry skills and contemporary European methods, she has created a meal that truly steals the show.
