The core focus of our business is residential leasing of both apartments and villas, covering a number of areas throughout Dubai.MEET THE TEAMOur Managing Director is Andrew Kirby from Newcastle, England. Andrew has 7 years experience in property sales, marketing and rentals in both Dubai and Europe. He previously worked for British Telecom in Business Sales & Marketing. A keen traveller and qualified Sky Diver, he brings his international knowledge, experience and skill set to the fore front of the Move In team. Our Power of Attorney and Handover Specialist is Helen Eaton from Brighton, England. Helen has a Law Degree from the UK, 8 years experience in property sales in Dubai and Europe and has spent the last 2 years focusing on Handovers for overseas Dubai property owners. She previously worked in advertising for the London media specialist, Portland International (WPP). Helen’s passions include skiing, scuba diving and travelling. Our Business Development Manager is Paul Collins from Limerick, Ireland. Paul has had huge success in the Dubai rental market over the last 2 years. He was previously based in The Netherlands, where he worked for Cisco & Hewlett Packard in IT Support. Paul has a degree in Business Studies and his passions are cycling, music and his 2 sons. Our Residential Leasing Manager is Grant Henderson from Hertfordshire. Grant’s background is in currency markets and has had a very successful career working for HIFX and First Rate FX currency brokers in London. He has been involved in international property sales & purchases for over 10 years and brings a wealth of experience to the Move In rentals team. Grant’s passions are cars, tennis and his dog.
