The Mulberry Tree's big leaves hug the tender fruits like our team hug and care for your child, steadily supporting them to develop into the bright minds of tomorrow.As soon as your child comes to the Mulberry Tree Nursery he/she will be allocated to a key person who will ensure they develop a strong and nurturing relationship with your child and ensure all your child’s needs are met. A progress and development file will be kept for each child; this file will contain evidence about your child’s achievements and learning progress and will also include an evaluation of their experiences. Parents will be encouraged to contribute to this evidence by their own statement about their child’s progress at home.We place much emphasis on staff member’s qualifications, credentials as well as their personality and empathy towards children. We only employ people who we think have a warm, friendly, nurturing personality towards children and parents. Members of staff are also expected to have a genuine understanding of children and their need for a stimulating and challenging environment.
