Hello! I would like to inform, that this agency is the worst ,which I ever dialed with! They ppl ,who give apartment for rent always coming as a group, not a one agent. They took from me agency fees 10% under two companies 5% new age real estate and 5% under HMB Properties (it was my first experience to rent an apartment under my name). They didn’t let me to move in time as per contract and they didn’t provide any of contact detail of the owner of the apartment. And now, when I moved out 1,5 month back, they are planning only to refund my security deposit and they are trying to claim some deduction for pest control for the new tenant , for the AC issues and water hitter issues. I lived there for one year and,since I moved ,there was problem with AC, first time real estate agency fixed for me (it took for them 2 weeks to fix), after I was suffering and fixed many times by myself (bcs I can’t wait each time them to fix after 2 weeks, and the work costs under 500 AED). And now they want to deduct all those, which is totally not under mine responsibility . Please,take care, with whom u are dealing.
