Egoistic Owner, who does not know how to behave! lousy HR executive, who is rude. everyone inside complains of salaries not coming in time, not properly staffed in hr. IT or any support function ... even 500 AED is approved by this Azmy ...whos wide set up the business... he is egoistic, short tempered, does not respect employees and pressures people irrationaly ... if you are not a nutcase you will turn into one dealing with this crazy chap ... who sounds good initially ... bus shows his true colours a bit after you join... have seen people crying outside the reception and fighting for their dues ... which were not paid for months... and also store staff who claimed they did not get their salaries for months .... very bad and insecure place .... too autocratic and this guy flouts the law and thinks he can .... No one inside the organisation speaks well of him ... they are at best scared ... caus e they dont want to run around claiming their monies if he gets upset with them .... A scammy crazy guy ... who can be very charming initially ... so be careful !
