A native of Mexico City, she moved with her family to South Florida in the mid ’70s and grew up in Hollywood, Florida. In 1983 she graduated with honors from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale. After working with several prominent local designers, she founded her own interior design firm in 1990.
