Founded in December 2015 as a Dubai home-grown concept, PINZA! founders Tamer and Faisal spent countless hours kneading, baking, and taste testing flour blends in Rome before landing on the signature PINZA! 30 hour-fermented base.We scoured Italy for the best cured meats such as our bresaola and beef spianata picante, our Italian tomatoes, and Italian cheeses.Our mozzarella is locally produced by the finest Italian craftsmen and our vegetables are sourced locally when possible, ensuring that we select only the freshest GMO-free veggies and herbs for our toppings.In 2015, PINZA! opened its first site in Business Bay, Dubai and since has successfully grown to 6 further locations across the Emirate with a further location in neighbouring Abu Dhabi.Between 2018-2021 we also operated 2 stores in London, UK. 2021 also brought our expansion across the Middle East with the first pop-up locations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia that operated for a 12 month duration.
