The extensive team of Personal Trainers, Physiotherapy experts and Nutritionists are trained under the Platform-3 system. Together they embody the finest Health and Fitness Professionals in the U.A.E, with a vast array of specialist skills.

• Personal Training

Personal Training is all about staying motivated, getting results and achieving them on schedule. We recognize that every client is individual, and we know that every client requires a bespoke programme to achieve their goals. Whether it be training for the upcoming Dubai marathon or just to get into a healthier routine and lifestyle.

We know that Personal Training is not just about having someone with you in the gym, it is about having somebody guiding you through your entire programme of health and fitness development. This shall include your training inside and outside of the gym, your diet, your lifestyle and all support services to ensure that you are in full health.

Personal Training at Platform-3 is carried out in our private club. Training may only take place with a Platform-3 Trainers, there are no gym memberships, ensuring that all clients are working one-on-one whilst in the club. This productive and inspiring setting allows yourself and your Trainer to focus on one thing, your results.

Personal Training at Platform-3 integrates a wide range of training disciplines and methods to ensure that your interest is high and your body is always being challenged in a wide range of ways. Following your initial Physical Analysis session, we shall assign a trainer who fits your fitness goals, after which your Trainer will develop your bespoke plan of Training. Designed to be progressive and challenging, the plan will take you through all facets of fitness development, making sure that you are not just leaner, but also stronger, more flexible, more stable and agile.



• Sports Massage

When applied skillfully, massage is the most effective therapy for releasing muscle tension and restoring balance to the muscular-skeletal system.

Massage is offered as a service delivered by physiotherapists. It boasts a firm handed, deep tissue, clinical approach that treats the majority of minor and moderate musculoskeletal problems.

Regular massages can also be beneficial to those undertaking personal training sessions as there is evidence to suggest they help to prevent injuries which might otherwise be caused by overuse when training.


• Dietician

Our dietitian translates research findings from health and nutritional sciences in order to offer you one-to-one advice for sustainable diet improvement. We offer qualified dietary management of a number of nutrition related conditions and recommend an appointment for the following reasons:

• Specific Physical Activity Goals
• Body Fat Reduction
• Weight Management Counseling
• Optimizing Health and a Balanced Diet
• Dietary Management of Conditions such as, Diabetes, High Cholesterol, Hypertension and Poly-cystic Ovary Syndrome
• Advice on Suspected Food Allergy and Gastro Symptoms
• Advice on Vitamin and Sports Supplementation

As part of your initial consultation package your first meeting with our dietitian, includes an analysis of your calorie and nutrient intake, a health assessment and a report evaluating how your diet compares to official guidelines. The whole process is specifically focused on determining your individual diet and lifestyle goals.
The optional follow up to this is a further consultation involving a cognitive behavioral approach to diet and lifestyle change. A plan can then be established and your progress reviewed and measured.
