Ellington introduces design-led living to Hayat Island, Ras Al-Khaimah, in collaboration with RAK Properties. Properly situated beneath the solar pathway, Porto Playa has been artificially intelligent (AI) to maximise views of the sea. The multilayered building gives the impression that it is hovering above the beach, giving the island's way of life a fresh character and alluring brightness. The building is a tribute to the carefree sophistication one would anticipate from the most upscale beach clubs in the world. Porto Playa Ras Al Khaimah is a destination unto itself; it combines a variety of social and lively areas with the freeing serenity of the ocean.
