My name is Sylvie Rossetto. I was born in Paris, France and I am a certified hypnotherapist. I certified from the California Hypnosis Institute of India . These past 14 years I have lived in Hong Kong, USA - Indiana and I have been living in Dubai since 2001.

Everything began with Dr. Brian Weiss' book, "Only Love Is Real". For years I had been searching for something different, a way to heal my constant migraines from which I'd been suffering for 15 years. Thanks to this book, I finally discovered hypnotherapy. I was instantly fascinated by this method and was quickly convinced that this was the right option for me.

A friend of mine introduced me to California Hypnosis Institute of India which offered workshops in hypnotherapy. I started at level 1, and after a few months I had successfully gone through them all. Meanwhile, I had also gotten rid of the migraines without needing medicine. From that moment on, I was convinced that hypnotherapy worked and wanted to share the technique with others.

Hypnotherapy can reduce the fear and anxiety that some people feel before medical or dental procedures. For example, hypnosis may improve recovery time and reduce the pain and anxiety after surgery. Generally, clinical studies show that using hypnosis may reduce your need for medication, reduce your recovery time and improve both your physical and mental condition before an operation.

A hypnotherapist is able to teach you how to regulate pain. For example, someone with a backache may learn to minimize the pain felt just as they would lower the volume on a stereo. Self-hypnosis can be used to relax, to fall asleep, or to boost your energy in 20 minutes.

Clinical studies were performed on children in emergency in emergency treatment centers, and the results proved hypnotherapy reduces fear, anxiety and discomfort throughout.
