Powerhouse Properties was conceived by John O’Kelly in early 2005 to facilitate the purchase and management of Dubai property for his international friends and family. Operations began under humble beginnings in a small office with just two employees but the company soon flourished under the property boom and steadily began to make inroads into the residential market. In early 2008 Myles Bush became a partner in the company and under his management the company has expanded into one of Dubai’s most successful and exciting companies. Since its launch Powerhouse Properties has built an impeccable reputation in the marketplace, recognised for its honesty, integrity and success rate when dealing with both first time buyers and seasoned investors. All Powerhouse consultants are RERA (Real Estate Regularity Authority) registered and attended the very first RERA course when it was introduced in May 2008. To this day Powerhouse Properties continues to be at the forefront of the marketplace with a combined staff experience of over 80 years.
