Protential: Human Capital Development was launched as the training arm of Stafford, which was established in 1993 and is a resource centre for UK universities in the Middle East and Levant. Today, we have over a decade of experience in training and consultancy in the region and it is this experience that gives our programmes and our delivery an edge over other programmes largely developed for regions other than ours.
