Bread was flattened and baked on a hot clay hill shaped oven called "Saj". The Phoenician Heritage is still alive today in the villages of Lebanon and at cultural events.

Nowadays the Saj to go concept was deeveloped to appeal to all nationalities while maintaining the traditional way of flattening the dough by hand, baking it one after another and then adding an array of fresh ingridients.
