The School of Culinary and Finishing Arts (SCAFA) progresses the love of cooking into the ability to prepare great food whether for the home chef cooking for their family, for the aspiring modern chef or for professional chefs seeking new skills. SCAFA also conducts classes for children and corporate team building events. Located within the School is SCAFÉ, the School’s French bistro that serves as a window to the School and a training platform for our Professional Finishing students. Visit SCAFÉ for lunch or a coffee and get “taste” of the School.
