The Concept:
First, we are a small business proud to be from the UAE and are based in Abu Dhabi. Second, we are two expatriates living in the UAE for many years. Our day jobs couldn't have been further away from F&B or entertainment but we really enjoy food and care about what we eat. We struggled for years to find a healthy, fresh food option for a quick guiltless bite. Watching what we eat becam
e more necessary as our lives became more hectic and it was a struggle to work out to burn that burger we had for lunch! So on 16/6/2009 me and my partner sat in his living room and decided to do something about it, not only for our sake but for all of you out there who deserve the choice to enjoy fresh, healthy and yummy food! We inaugurated our project on a piece of tissue, clean sheet; out of the box… and that's the soul of SoulFull.

The Product:
Three things are extremely important to us, these are: being fresh, healthy and creative. These are our core values and conditions for anything we do. The product range is diverse and will continue to grow as we innovate. Our current line includes healthy energy breakfast combos, soups, salads, sandwiches, daily warm dishes and ice teas. We use only the freshest organic produce from all over the world.

Few things clearly distinguish SoulFull products from the outset:
- All products nutritional value is measured and presented to customers in a clear way.
- Salads are our specialty and we have many signature salads that offer a unique mix of ingredients and flavors featuring seeds, fresh and dried fruits and nuts.
- Our food is gourmet and creative, nutritionally balanced and can be produced at value for money.
- All our products are packaged in custom designed recyclable packaging that is convenient and very appealing.
- 90% of our ingredients come daily and we offer all excess to charity, so nothing goes to waste.
- We don't believe in mass producing in a factory, we bake our own bread and cook everything in the store kitchen.

The Team:
Management comprises of three young professionals of diverse backgrounds with a common passion for food and zeal to succeed. The support team comprises of fifteen associates including five gourmet specialist chefs and a multilingual professional service crew to enrich customer experience.

How We Work:
We reach you in various ways:
Retail operations: starting from our flag ship store in Abu Dhabi and setup primarily as a grab- and-go outlet with 10 tables for in-store dining. The look and feel of the store reflects our freshness, creativity and simplicity.
Events caterings: we have successfully supplied various boats in 2011 F1 race and supported embassy functions and are capable to provide flexible and creative catering options to all our customers.
