The Company was established in year 2000 by two Egyptian Entrepreneurs with the mission of creating new brands that introduce different tastes of the oriental food in the MENA region, taking into consideration the necessary customization to the local preferences of each market. Our first venture was the Shamy restaurants.Shamy's first branch started in Alexandria, Egypt in Year 2000. Shamy offers our clients the delicious taste of Syrian & Lebanese food with a different concept to the Egyptian Market. Currently Shamy has 4 branches and employs about 150 people in 2 Egyptian cities. In Year 2008, we introduced to the Egyptian Market the Turkish cuisine with our new venture Sultan Ayϋb. Sultan Ayϋb is the first real Turkish cuisine restaurant in Egypt. The Egyptian market welcomed our efforts to present tasty, healthy, well-priced, and quick-to-prepare sandwiches & Meals. The Sultan Ayϋb has been expanding exponentially with 7 branches currently operating in Egypt. The Sultan Ayϋb restaurants employ 250 people of different nationalities in 3 Egyptian cities.
