The company was established in June 2005 by Muhammad Naseem Vaid and Muhammad Tariq Vaid (Co-Founders) under the trade name of FAJR AL AROOBA TYRE TRADING (EST.), located in the heart of the "Maktoum Hospital Road" also known as Tyre Export Market in Dubai – U.A.E. The company started as the Wholesalers & Retailers of various known brands in Tyres & Tubes. The only brands that the company started dealing in were Kenda, Vee Rubber & Marshal. In 2006, the company was awarded with the “Best Wholesaler Award” for Kenda tires in the U.A.E.
