About

Villa DaVinci Restaurant (VDR) is a restaurant that lives up to its name. The art of food.

Imagine elegant cuisine served within a grand museum where the likes of such masters as Picasso, Miro, Van Gogh, Monet, Delacroix, Matisse and Chagall join you for dinner.
If that comes to your mind, you have conjured the concept that the owners of Villa daVinci Restaurant had when they opened their restaurant in 2013. The only alteration to that dream is that instead of the famous old masters, the Restaurant is using its large walls to champion the work of emerging artists.
Art and food have always had a harmonious relationship — just look at Leonardo Da Vinci’s The Last Supper. Indeed, Pablo Picasso, Norman Rockwell and Pierre Auguste Renoir all created artworks about breaking bread and, in fact, Picasso, Miro and Henri Matisse were all known to paint for their dinners at La Colombe d'Or, in the south of France. Today, fabulous original works of their art hang on the walls and bear testimony to the unique deal the artists struck with the restaurateur.
With Villa DaVinci Restaurant, You don't have to eat in 5 stars hotel to enjoy fine cuisine. Likewise , you don’t have to eat at a museum to see excellent art.
